Hours of Operation
Shannyn Consults in Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as offering Telehealth-Only Appointments on Wednesdays. Shannyn is OPEN for new Adolescent (13-17yrs) and Adult referrals. Please note Shannyn is NOT currently taking referrals for Children (2-12yrs). This is current as at May 2026.

- Wednesday 10am – 2pm (Telehealth Only)
- Thursday 9am – 4pm
To see Shannyn’s calendar availability for appointments please click on the Book Online button and follow the prompts. For ease of booking, you can book your initial appointments online, and once booked, Shannyn will be in touch to gather further information regarding your booking.
For new client enquiries best mode of contact is via email as the clinic mobile diverts to message bank when Shannyn is with clients or unavailable to take calls. Alternatively, you can leave a message and Shannyn will get in touch.
TELEHEALTH SERVICES: Please note: Shannyn offers telehealth for all adults, as well as all adolescents over the age of 15. If your initial appointment is telehealth Shannyn will require pre-payment for the first session prior to your session taking place. An invoice will be emailed to you for prior payment. Thank you.
